Chef Ester is originally from Brazil and loves her heritage foods. In the Food Truck we highlight several Brazilian dishes, however, it doesn't stop there. We make recipes from all over the world utilizing the proteins we grow right here at the farm. We have our classics and we play around with specials so come find our truck rolling in RI and MA!
